If your order is in stock, it should reach you within 3-5 working days
(UK only).
Outside the UK, please allow 5-10 working days.
If your item is not in stock, please allow 3-4 weeks delivery as our
products are handmade.

Items will be fully refunded or exchanged providing they are unworn and in the same condition as when they arrived and you have taken care to ensure the items are received by us and not damaged in transit.
Post and packing costs are non refundable unless good have been received faulty. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us.
Please make sure you retain proof of postage.
For all orders outside the UK:
The customer will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign
port as a result of delivery of goods outside the UK.

If the price of a Loopy item is shown incorrectly due to a technical or
other error, Loopy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for
